Cancellation policy

Individually personalised shirts and hoodies

Goods made to your personal specifications featuring your own animal design and your individual name or slogan are not subject to a statutory right of cancellation under section 312g(2), no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). We do not offer voluntary exchanges of these custom-made items if you dislike them or have selected the wrong size. Your statutory warranty rights in the event of defects remain unaffected. The following cancellation policy applies to our standard items that are not personalised in this way.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Olaf Oberbremer, TerraRiot, Mindener Straße 172, 32049 Herford, Germany, telephone: +49 171 9518512, email: info@terra-riot.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory.

You can also submit your cancellation electronically using the “Withdraw contract” button on our website. If you use this option, we will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by email without delay.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your communication cancelling this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us (Olaf Oberbremer, TerraRiot, Mindener Straße 172, 32049 Herford, Germany) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Standard designs printed to order

Our standard designs are printed after we receive your order. Production to order alone, and the selection of an available size or colour, do not exclude the right of cancellation.
